Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel location was convenient, close to Al Fahidi Metro Station and Spinneys, making it easy to get around. The rooms were a bit dirty and neglected, giving off a neglected feeling, which was disappointing. However, the staff, especially Prakash and Arjun, were very helpful, and the room itself was clean and comfortable to stay in. The dining experience left much to be desired with a horrible smell, and the price did not match the value received at the property.
The hotel rooms are specious and well illuminated with natural light, convenient for Taxi and Metro station access but overpriced, giving a neglected feeling. Service needs improvement in terms of hospitality, often neglecting basic service etiquettes. The location is nice, accessible to Al Fahidi Metro Station and Spinneys, although comparatively expensive. The dining experience is overpriced and not recommended due to strong smells lingering. The facilities offered are not satisfactory for the price paid.
The hotel offers spacious and well-illuminated rooms convenient for Taxi and Metro access, ideal for families or groups. However, there were delays in room changes despite staff friendliness. The location is perfect for various activities, though dining options could be better.
The hotel offers decent and clean rooms, which are quite spacious but slightly overpriced. The reception area, lifts, and lobby are really nice. However, there is some room for improvement in the bedding in the rooms.
The hotel rooms are big, very clean, but with bugs and insects in the bathroom and missing a smart TV. The service, especially from Prakash and Arjun, is good despite some lack of patience. The location is good for South Asians, close to the metro and Indian restaurants, but a bit expensive for the facilities offered. The dining was good, though overpriced, with occasional smoking. Overall, the facilities were decent.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the nice reception area and lobby of the hotel. The rooms offered basic comfort, with a spacious kitchen, accessories, and sitting room. While the rooms were clean at first sight, they could improve in terms of value for money compared to other options in Dubai.
I found the Desert Rose Hotel Apartments to be a mixed experience. While the rooms needed updating and convincing to get one changed after a complaint, the location was amazing and met all my requirements. However, the service was not as helpful as expected, and the dining experience left much to be desired.
The Desert Rose Apartment offers spacious and well-illuminated rooms that are convenient for access to Taxi and Metro stations. While it lacks welcome drinks and free Tea/Coffee in the rooms, the overall experience is quite comfortable.
The hotel offers basic comfort with clean and good rooms, but there are issues with cleanliness due to old features and lackluster cleaning efforts. The location is convenient near Al Fahidi Metro Station and Spinneys, yet the rates may not fully justify the facilities. The dining experience is overpriced, with limited options, particularly for breakfast.
I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a big balcony, despite the initial hiccup of missing pillows. The rooms, while large and clean, had some issues with flaking paint. The hotel offers good value for the size of the rooms and cleanliness, although attention to maintenance could be improved.
